Service level types as follows

Standard = During our normal opening days and times which is 9am to 5pm monday to saturday which includes bank holidays. The customer and us can arrange a suitable convenient date and time appointment for us to provide our services at the customer location or our location.

Fast Track = During our normal opening days and times which is 9am to 5pm monday to saturday which includes bank holidays. We will provide the earliest possible date and time for your required services. You will have priority service over the standard level of service. You may require to contact us first to ensure that the fast track service will benefit and fulfill your required services.
